Vivre Gourmet adalah gourmet grocery, deli, dan bakery online premium di Bali, melayani rumah, vila, restoran, dan mitra ritel. Kami mencari Business Manager untuk memegang P&L dan mengembangkan bisnis.

Tanggung jawab

• Own the monthly P&L and explain every variance against budget
• Know the margin on every product in every channel, after fees, promotions and waste
• Own the range and pricing with the Executive Chef; launch new products and retire slow sellers
• Run vivregourmet.com, GoFood, GrabFood and retail partners such as Gourmet Garage
• Set the trade sales plan, coach the Sales Executive and lead the biggest accounts
• Brief marketing on campaigns and judge them on sales; grow repeat customers
• Lead the Vivre Gourmet team and send the Directors a weekly report

Kualifikasi

• 5 years or more in food retail, deli, food e-commerce, FMCG or F&B, with real P&L responsibility
• 2 years or more leading a team
• Hands-on experience selling online and through delivery apps
• Commercially sharp, organised and passionate about good food
• Confident with WooCommerce or similar, and with spreadsheets
• Fluent English; Bahasa Indonesia at working level or better
• Driving licence (car or motorbike)
