Vivre Catering memasak untuk pernikahan, acara korporat, dan private dinner di seluruh Bali, dari central kitchen kami di Tanjung Benoa dan langsung di Taman Bhagawan serta Puri Bhagawan. Kami mencari Chef de Partie untuk memimpin bagian bakery.

Tanggung jawab

• Run daily bakery production: breads, sourdough, viennoiserie and savoury bakes
• Produce to orders for events, Vivre Gourmet and wholesale customers
• Lead and train the demi chefs and commis on the section
• Keep recipes, yields and quality consistent
• Keep the section clean, organised and HACCP compliant

Kualifikasi

• 3 years or more as bakery CDP or a strong demi chef
• Artisan bread and laminated dough experience
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene
• Comfortable with early starts and weekends
• Culinary school or equivalent training
