CDP – Pastry

About the role

Vivre Catering cooks for weddings, corporate events and private dinners across Bali, from our central kitchen in Tanjung Benoa and on site at Taman Bhagawan and Puri Bhagawan. We are looking for a Chef de Partie to run our pastry section.

What you will do

• Run the pastry section: plated desserts, dessert stations, cakes and petits fours
• Produce wedding and celebration cakes to client specification
• Lead and train the demi chefs and commis on the section
• Check deliveries, rotate stock and keep waste low
• Keep the section clean, organised and HACCP compliant

What we are looking for

• 3 years or more as pastry CDP or a strong demi chef
• Hotel, banquet or catering pastry experience
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene
• Flexible for weekends, evenings and event days
• Culinary school or equivalent training
