Vivre Catering memasak untuk pernikahan, acara korporat, dan private dinner di seluruh Bali, dari central kitchen kami di Tanjung Benoa dan langsung di Taman Bhagawan serta Puri Bhagawan. Kami mencari Chef de Partie untuk memimpin bagian pastry.

Tanggung jawab

• Run the pastry section: plated desserts, dessert stations, cakes and petits fours
• Produce wedding and celebration cakes to client specification
• Lead and train the demi chefs and commis on the section
• Check deliveries, rotate stock and keep waste low
• Keep the section clean, organised and HACCP compliant

Kualifikasi

• 3 years or more as pastry CDP or a strong demi chef
• Hotel, banquet or catering pastry experience
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene
• Flexible for weekends, evenings and event days
• Culinary school or equivalent training
