Vivre Catering memasak untuk pernikahan, acara korporat, dan private dinner di seluruh Bali, dari central kitchen kami di Tanjung Benoa dan langsung di Taman Bhagawan serta Puri Bhagawan. Kami mencari Demi Chef untuk bergabung dengan tim pastry kami.

Tanggung jawab

• Prepare and finish desserts, cakes and pastries to recipe
• Support the CDP and step in to run the section when needed
• Guide and train the commis
• Help on event days, in the central kitchen and on site
• Keep the section clean, organised and HACCP compliant

Kualifikasi

• 2 years or more in pastry in a hotel, restaurant or catering kitchen
• Culinary school or equivalent training
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene
• Flexible for weekends, evenings and event days
