Vivre Catering memasak untuk pernikahan, acara korporat, dan private dinner di seluruh Bali, dari central kitchen kami di Tanjung Benoa dan langsung di Taman Bhagawan serta Puri Bhagawan. Kami mengelola bar untuk pernikahan, acara korporat, dan pesta pribadi di venue kami dan di seluruh Bali, dan kami mencari pemimpin bar. Posisi Asisten Bar Manager atau Bar Manager, sesuai pengalaman.

Tanggung jawab

• Run the bars and satellite bars for events, from intimate dinners to events with thousands of guests
• Manage beverage stock, suppliers and ordering, keeping cost under control without losing quality
• Develop cocktail menus and drink packages for weddings and corporate clients
• Lead, train and schedule the bar team and casual staff
• Keep bars compliant with health, safety, hygiene and liquor regulations
• Work with clients and planners on the day to make sure every guest is looked after

Kualifikasi

• 3 years or more in bars, with 2 or more leading a team
• Event, banquet or high-volume bar experience
• Strong on stock, cost of sales and ordering
• Good English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Flexible for weekends, late nights and holidays
