Vivre Catering memasak untuk pernikahan, acara korporat, dan private dinner di seluruh Bali, dari central kitchen kami di Tanjung Benoa dan langsung di Taman Bhagawan serta Puri Bhagawan. Kami mencari Chef de Partie untuk memimpin satu bagian dapur panas kami.

Tanggung jawab

• Run your section of the hot kitchen: mise en place, cooking and plating to recipe
• Lead and train the demi chefs and commis on your section
• Prepare and deliver food for events from 20 to 1,000 guests, in the central kitchen and on site
• Check deliveries, rotate stock and keep waste low
• Keep your section clean, organised and HACCP compliant

Kualifikasi

• 3 years or more as CDP or a strong demi chef in hot kitchens
• Banquet, catering or hotel experience
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene
• Flexible for weekends, evenings and event days
• Culinary school or equivalent training
