Demi Chef – Bakery

About the role

Vivre Catering cooks for weddings, corporate events and private dinners across Bali, from our central kitchen in Tanjung Benoa and on site at Taman Bhagawan and Puri Bhagawan. We are looking for a Demi Chef to join our bakery team.

What you will do

• Mix, shape, prove and bake breads and viennoiserie to recipe
• Support the CDP and step in to run the section when needed
• Guide and train the commis
• Help with production for events, Vivre Gourmet and wholesale orders
• Keep the section clean, organised and HACCP compliant

What we are looking for

• 2 years or more in bakery in a hotel, bakery or catering kitchen
• Culinary school or equivalent training
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene
• Comfortable with early starts and weekends
