Vivre Catering memasak untuk pernikahan, acara korporat, dan private dinner di seluruh Bali, dari central kitchen kami di Tanjung Benoa dan langsung di Taman Bhagawan serta Puri Bhagawan. Kami mencari Demi Chef untuk bergabung dengan tim bakery kami.

Tanggung jawab

• Mix, shape, prove and bake breads and viennoiserie to recipe
• Support the CDP and step in to run the section when needed
• Guide and train the commis
• Help with production for events, Vivre Gourmet and wholesale orders
• Keep the section clean, organised and HACCP compliant

Kualifikasi

• 2 years or more in bakery in a hotel, bakery or catering kitchen
• Culinary school or equivalent training
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene
• Comfortable with early starts and weekends
