About the role
Our sales team sells weddings, corporate events and catering at Taman Bhagawan, Puri Bhagawan and across Bali. We are looking for a Sales Admin to keep enquiries, proposals and event paperwork moving.
What you will do
- Log and answer enquiries quickly and keep the CRM up to date
- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts and invoices
- Pass event details to operations and the kitchen and keep event sheets accurate
- Schedule site visits and tastings
- Keep client files in order and prepare simple sales reports
What we are looking for
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree
- 1 to 2 years as sales admin or coordinator in a hotel, events or hospitality business
- Good written and spoken English; Bahasa Indonesia
- Organised, quick and accurate
- Confident with Google Sheets or Excel; CRM experience is a plus
