Tim sales kami menjual pernikahan, acara korporat, dan katering di Taman Bhagawan, Puri Bhagawan, dan di seluruh Bali. Kami mencari Sales Admin untuk mengelola inquiry, proposal, dan dokumen acara.

Tanggung jawab

• Log and answer enquiries quickly and keep the CRM up to date
• Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts and invoices
• Pass event details to operations and the kitchen and keep event sheets accurate
• Schedule site visits and tastings
• Keep client files in order and prepare simple sales reports

Kualifikasi

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree
• 1 to 2 years as sales admin or coordinator in a hotel, events or hospitality business
• Good written and spoken English; Bahasa Indonesia
• Organised, quick and accurate
• Confident with Google Sheets or Excel; CRM experience is a plus
